Pregnancy queasiness
Blend 2 drops with 3 drops of Spearmint and diffuse at night. 1 drop of this blend can also be rubbed onto the Solar Plexus, as required.

Sore throat
Place 2 drops onto a warm compress, apply to the throat and leave 10-15 minutes. Add 1 drop into some warm salt water and gargle 2-3 times daily.

Stimulate appetite and digestion
Add 3 drops to a diffuser one hour prior to eating. The effects can be enhanced by adding 2 drops of Rosemary and 1 drop of Cardamon.

Energy and focus
Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser. Repeat as required. The scent of ginger may be enhanced by 5 drops of Orange Sweet, 3 drops of Cedarwood Atlas, or 5 drops of Lemon.
