Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 24-72 hours unless otherwise specified and we will notify of any foreseeable delays. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. All orders are sent via tracked courier and we expect your order to arrive overnight or within 2-5 days subject to location. Expect a  delay for rural addresses (usually 2-3 days). Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, please use your emailed tracking number to track your parcel. If you have specific  delivery instructions, please notify us when placing your order. We ship all orders via Post Haste Couriers and NZ post, and shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout. Extra shipping charges apply for Rural delivery addresses,  If you receive your order and something is amiss please notify us immediately by email : admin@youandbaby.co.nz.
